As usual, the conference starts on Friday afternoon and ends on Sunday late afternoon. The working language is English and participation by invitation only. This year, the conference will take place at the Hilton Tallinn Park hotel.

Accredited journalists will be able to attend all panel discussions and participate in the pre- and side-events. Morning and evening sessions will be conducted under Chatham House Rule and have restricted access.

Please note that only registered guests, accredited journalists and staff, who are vaccinated or tested, will have access to the conference area. When entering the conference area, you will be asked to provide a vaccination certificate (physical or digital) or a document proving that you have been ill with COVID-19. We will ask all our unvaccinated guests and staff to take a COVID-19 rapid test every day of the conference. More detailed information about LMC 2021 COVID-19 policy.
