Kai-Olaf Lang is the Head of the European Division at the German Institute Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik. He has co-published papers such as Nord Stream 2 – A Political and Economic Contextualisation, Energy in the German-Polish Relationship, EU Options on Russia and the Eastern Partners and published an article Guidelines for Effectively Protecting Democracy in the European Union.
