André Barrinha is a Reader (Associate Professor) in International Relations at the University of Bath and Deputy Director of the Bath Institute for Digital Security and Behaviour. He is also Associate Editor of The Journal of Cyber Policy. His main research interests include cyber-diplomacy, cybersecurity, international order, technology and security, European foreign policy, and international relations theory. His work has been published in outlets such as Contemporary Security Policy, International Affairs, European Security, Mediterranean Politics, and Journal of European Integration.
