Caroline Kennedy-Pipe

Caroline Kennedy-Pipe is professor of international security at Loughborough University in the UK. She has written extensively on the Cold War, the Arctic and UK defence matters. She has acted as advisor to the House of Commons Defence Committee and is currently a visiting fellow at the Institute of Advanced Studies at the University of Southern Denmark. She has been the president of the British International Studies Association and chair of the association before that. She was previously chair of war studies at the University of Warwick and has been chair of international relations in the University of Sheffield. She has been quoted as ‘One of the UK’s leading experts in war’ in the Guardian.
