Gundbert Scherf
Co-founder and Co-CEO of Helsing
Dr Gundbert Scherf is the Co-founder and Co-CEO of Helsing, a deep tech company in the security and defence sector. Before founding Helsing, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he oversaw the aerospace and defence sectors, as well as parts of the technology sector. From 2014 to 2016, Dr Scherf worked as a special representative in the German Federal Ministry of Defence. A committed European, Dr Scherf completed graduate and postgraduate studies at the University of Cambridge (Marie Curie Fellow), the Free University of Berlin, and Sciences Po Paris.
