Hemin Hussein Mirkhan
Director of the Centre for Regional and International Studies (CRIS), University of Kurdistan Hewlêr
Dr. Mirkhan is the Director of the University of Kurdistan Hewler’s Centre for Regional and International Studies and focus on promoting and strengthening the connection of the University with the international research community since 2016. His center works towards identifying and supporting research topics that are of relevance to the Kurdistan Regional Government’s national development. He was the deputy general director at the KRG Council of Minister, member of advisory committee at the KRG Prime Minister’s Offi ce, Director of International Organizations and the Department of Foreign Relations at KRG. He cooperated and coordinated with relevant institutions, international organizations and authorities at the Kurdistan Region level.
