Julian Lindley-French

Professor Dr Julian Lindley-French is a leading advisor, strategist, and author with 11 published
books to his name who has held three professorial chairs. He is Distinguished Visiting Research
Fellow at the National Defense University in Washington; Senior Fellow, Institute for Statecraft
in London; Director of Europa Analytica in the Netherlands; a Fellow of the Canadian Global
Affairs Institute; and Founder and Chair of The Alphen Group, a high-level strategic ‘do-tank’. He
is currently working on a major book entitled Future War and the Defence of Europe for Oxford
University Press with General (Ret.) John Allen and Lieut. General (Ret.) Frederick (Ben) Hodges.
