MartaKepeis a Senior Defence Analyst at the RAND Corporation and a Senior Non-resident Fellow at the Atlantic Council, where she is a member of the Atlantic Council’s Adrienne Arsht National Security Resilience Initiative’s Task Group, and an adjunct professor at Georgetown University. Ms Kepe previously worked for RAND Europe, the Latvian Ministry of Defence, and the NATO Advisory Team in Kosovo. Ms Kepe focuses on irregular warfare, civilian-based resilience, and resistance and military capability analysis. Much of her work relates to the intersection of military and civilian words for building civilian resilience and military capabilities against a grey zone threat or war. Ms Kepe’s work has been quoted in publications such as The Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Defense News, The National Interest,RealClearDefense, and Stars and Stripes.
