Mykola Tochytskyi
Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine
Mykola Tochytskyi has served as the Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine since September 4, 2024. Prior to his appointment, Mr Tochytskyi served as the Deputy Head of the Office of the President (2024), Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs (2021-24), Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium (2016-21), Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe (2010-16), Consul General of Ukraine in San Francisco (2005-08), and multiple other positions in the Ukrainian foreign service. Mr Tochytskyi was awarded an Order of Merit, 2nd Class (2023), an Order of Merit, 3rd Class (2021), and Honored Lawyer of Ukraine (2009).
