Nataša Pirc Musar
President of the Republic of Slovenia
Dr Nataša Pirc Musar began her tenure as President of the Republic of Slovenia on 23 December 2022. Since 2015, Dr Pirc Musar has served as the Director and Owner of the Law Firm Pirc Musar & Partners. Previously, Dr Pirc Musar worked as a Member of the Executive Board of the Slovenian Bar Association (2021-22), the Slovenian Commissioner for Access to Public Information (2004-14), the Director of the Training and Communication Centre at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Slovenia (2003-04), and a News Presenter for RTV Slovenija (1989-95) and Pro Plus (1995-2001). Dr Mirc Musar graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana in 1992 and received her PhD from the University of Vienna in 2015.
