Rihards Kols

Rihards Kols is a Latvian politician and Member of the 14th Saeima (Parliament) of Latvia, where he serves as Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee. He has been a parliamentarian since 2014. He is the Head of Delegation at the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and represents the Saeima to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. Mr Kols is also the Deputy Chairman of the National Alliance party, a member of the National Guard, a Millennium Fellow at the Atlantic Council, and a member of the Senior Network of the European Leadership Network. He holds a master’s degree in diplomatic studies.
