Szymon Hołownia
Deputy Speaker of the Sejm of Poland
Szymon Hołownia is a Polish politician, public figure, and social activist currently serving as Deputy Speaker of the Sejm and a Member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. He is the founder and leader of the Polska 2050 movement and previously served as Marshal (Speaker) of the Sejm. With a background in psychology, Mr Hołownia combines political leadership with strong civic engagement. He is the founder of several charitable organisations, including the Good Factory Foundation, supporting communities across multiple continents. His work focuses on social inclusion, sustainable development, and strengthening democratic institutions. Before entering politics, he built a long career as a journalist, columnist, and television personality, and is the author of over 20 books.
