Dubai Abulhoul is an Emirati author, Rhodes Scholar, and founder of Fiker Institute, an international affairs think tank based in Dubai that focuses on diplomacy, global governance, climate change, and gender equality. Ms Abulhoul is a member of the COP28 President’s Advisory Board and a member of the World Economic Forum’s Future of Geopolitics Council. Her work, throughFiker Institute, has been recognised by key global platforms, including the Paris Peace Forum and the Rome Med Dialogues. Ms Abulhoulgraduated from the University of Oxford, where she studied diplomacy and global governance, and from New York University Abu Dhabi, where she studied political science and literature. Her research focused on women’s political participation in the UAE.
