Kateřina Šafaříková
Journalist
Kateřina Šafaříková serves as journalist with a focus on Western Europe, the European Union and the Czech foreign policy. Ms Šafaříková studied journalism and international relations. In her career, she has worked as a reporter in Lidové noviny, Respekt, Czech television and Česká pozice. From 2004 to 2009, she worked as a reporter for Lidove noviny in Brussels. Having covered the EU and European affairs for over twenty years, Ms Šafaříková currently works as EU correspondent in Brussels for Hospodarske noviny daily, Respekt weekly and Aktualne.cz.
