Kaupo Rosin

Director General of the Estonian Foreign Intelligence Service

Kaupo Rosin has been the Director General of the Estonian Foreign Intelligence Service (Välisluureamet) since 2022. Mr Rosin is a career intelligence officer. He has many years of experience in the Estonian Military Intelligence Center (EMIC), having also served as the Commander of EMIC from 2012 to 2018. In 2018-22, Mr Rosin served as the Deputy Director of the Intelligence Production Unit at NATO HQ Brussels.
