Kaupo Rosin
Director General of the Estonian Foreign Intelligence Service
Kaupo Rosin has been the Director General of the Estonian Foreign Intelligence Service (Välisluureamet) since 2022. Mr Rosin is a career intelligence officer with many years of experience at the Estonian Military Intelligence Centre (EMIC), having also served as its Commander from 2012 to 2018. In 2018–22, Mr Rosin was the Deputy Director of the Intelligence Production Unit at NATO HQ Brussels.
