Europe’s intelligence services operate in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment, driven by US priorities, persistent hybrid threats, and the rise of AI-enabled technologies. Intelligence services remain central to national sovereignty, but their effectiveness depends on trust, timely sharing, and the ability to turn information into coordinated Allied action. How is the intelligence community adapting to the accelerated operational tempo? What are the implications of an uneven AI adoption across NATO members? How do we align intelligence cooperation with national objectives? How do we strengthen our collective capacity to counter foreign interference and mount more cohesive responses?
