Dr Yevgeniya Gaber is a Ukrainian foreign policy expert and a non-resident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council since 2022. Dr Gaber specialises in European and Black Sea security, with a particular focus on Ukraine, Russia, and Türkiye. Prior to joining the Atlantic Council, Dr Gaber worked as a Foreign Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine (2021) and Deputy Director of the Diplomatic Academy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (2018-21). Additionally, Dr Gaber previously served as a diplomat in the Embassy of Ukraine in Ankara (2014-18).
