Einari Kisel
Regional Manager for Europe at World Energy Council
Dr Einari Kisel is responsible for the development relations with all European Member Committees at the World Energy Council. Due to his experiences in energy policy and management he presents the insights of the Council as a speaker at various European events. Dr Kisel has been responsible for guiding Estonian energy policy in the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications. He was the official representative of Estonia in several high-level EU and international energy forums. He has also has been Vice-Chairman of the WEC Estonian National Committee. Before the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications he was engaged in the energy utility Eesti Energia for 7 years in various leadership positions, culminating in being appointed Director of Trade.
