Kaush Arha
Senior Fellow, Atlantic Council
Dr Kaush Arha is a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council. He has advised the Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security at the Atlantic Council, which works to develop sustainable strategies to address security challenges facing the United States and its allies and partners. He previously served as the senior advisor for strategic engagement at the US Agency for International Development. In 2020 he served as the US G7 sherpa for the Blue Dot Network. Dr Arha has co-edited a book entitled The Endangered Species ACT and Federalism: Eff ective Conservation Through Greater State Commitment treating the role of states in implementing and enforcing environmental laws.
