Milena Lazarević
Programme Director and Co-Founder, European Policy Centre
Milena Lazarević is one of the founders and programme director at the European Policy Centre (CEP), an independent, non-governmental think tank based in Belgrade, Serbia. According to the Global Go To Think Tank Index, it is one of the top ten ranked think tanks in Central and Eastern Europe. A proven expert in the field of public administration reform, Lazarević acted as special advisor to the Serbian Deputy Prime Minister in 2014–2015. Before co-founding CEP in 2011, she worked for six years as a civil servant in the Serbian administration.
