It has built a more resilient information system, increased the quality of its media, and established robust cooperative frameworks both at home and abroad. Although the Kremlin lost the battle of the polling booth, it has continued its information warfare against the country on an unprecedented scale to sow distrust, regain influence, and disrupt Moldova’s pro-EU trajectory. But the devil might be in the details. What has worked? What hasn’t? And what lies ahead?
