Making Values Count

LMC 2011 focused on key global foreign and security policy issues related to European security and the values and institutions that underpinned it: the prospects for re-energising Europe’s value-based foreign policy; the future of the European neighbourhood; the wider Middle East; the transatlantic link; the economy of the euro zone; and Russia. We also addressed emerging themes such as Arctic security, unconventional energy sources, and cyber security.
